Yep it's happening probably by end of week.15 emails went out to Over 60 with Over 5 years offered 26 weeks VSP.If you do not take VSP,you still may be chose to go. So another 200 to go.

Yep.The final People with over 25 + years experience and over age of 60 were let go last week with ISP since department head could meet their 10% budget cut.
Feel bad for remaining people who have to pick up other people's work.
They could of cut a manager.
Yep it happened yesterday Thursday 1/4/24. ISP.So more work will be piled on 2 -3 remaining people. I knew it was gonna happen this week when DEPT. Head didn't get his 10% of his budget. They could of let a MGR.GO.
Trust people had fingers crossed but no go.
There is no growth.

If you chose VSP yes end of year.but if not you could go probably anytime. I'm thinking before holidays.
People leaving as part of the VSP are staying through the end of the year. However some long-term employees have been laid off this week, one I heard about via Teams. I think there are many more coming in Dec and Jan. That’s why they want us to update our career profile.
