The only ones who're not planning to leave are those who are close to retirement and don't want to rock the boat and brown-nosers who know they wouldn't have it any better anywhere else. Since this place turned into a completely toxic cesspool, the rest of us are desperately trying to find a way out.

I'm none of those things, but I do like working here - at least working with the people I do.
That being said, I think leadership su-ks and the board is worse, and I'm definitely underpaid. If something sweet comes along, I have no incentive to stay here - I guess that terrible stock isn't that much of an incentive.
