Beware and unfortunately not shocked…heard there are internal only postings all of a sudden. Seems odd considering mass layoff that the roles would not be posted externally as well.

For the higher level positions they always know. Lower level anyone’s game.
Those Internal job postings were just a formality. They already had the person they wanted chosen.
Not surprised, really. Cutting staff to save money doesn’t only mean hiring newbies at lower wages. Sometimes companies opt not to replace the staff.
