Has anyone had their annual performance meetings yet with their manager? I'm getting concerned as mine hasn't happened yet. Shouldn't it be before Thanksgiving?

I think that happens in January. Never November. Also, as far as comp., don't expect more than a 2% increase.
Worked there for a while, maybe ten years in aml and never got a raise of more than two percent. Granted, tge salary was nice, but i just wanted to move up the latter more than a mangy bonus…
Ratings and comp are given in January. ( Rating /performance conversation could be provided toward end of Dec, but in 15 years at Citi I’ve never had them prior to new years). Never November
