“Everyone should have an exit plan…”??? That would have made sense about 3-4 years ago. You missed the boat.
Anyone still working here is doing so only for what they can get out of it. No one and I mean no one is working here because they believe in the company or believes they are making a difference. $hit company ran by $hit people, that’s all.
I have to agree. There are still those in top spots that act like your friend, but in reality they are poison with the toxic nature in there. Those below are hanging on as much as they can. I also agree since the first VRP the company is gone. The one who left LI and a &8@)( bag consultant. Was a friend who turned on me as well. Toxic still rides within him. More changes to come in several days and weeks ahead.
Listen the company has been gone since the first vrp.Remember some of our own that sang the dapper dapper do’s and acted like your best friends. Also remember the vp from long island who got a million dollar bonus to get rid of the people who built the company and now is a consultant sc-m bag
VP’s leaving, what about SR Directors and Directors. They should follow as well. The only MSO that can make a difference is Spectrum. Hopefully they can move in soon and rescue those good employees and the system. Patrick Drahi has made a bad investment and damaged two good organizations. Stay in Europe Drahi you gave it a chance but you failed. For those 10,000 plus who laid off. I’m sure they found that the grass is greener on the other side.

Everyone should already have an exit plan or at least be working on one. In 18 to 24 months AUSA will be a memory.
Really what is the point of staying here ? I can’t blame them, the longer you wait the harder it’s going to be to find a job! This company especially is done
