It seems like it will be more. There are signs more jobs will be eliminated/ outsourced

Less than 3% at Solon, it's trimming fat. It's a horrible thing and I feel for all affected but I really think they wanted to follow what all others are doing and also there is no attrition right now and they are pushing people out.
I have trouble believing that this will stop at just 70 people at one location.
