That’s an obvious statement the best you can do is the best you can. In life you can’t control everything this is one of those times unfortunately

We have a bunch of things stopped from the engineering side because we can’t purchase the gear needed to work on new tech such as AI.

Then, to be blunt, your management is horrid.

If you are actually "working on new tech", and you didn't have the equipment already, then you're not working on it. You were just experimenting with the idea.

We got early renewals, licenses, and purchases in over a month ago. Teams got ahead of the deadlines because of Broadcom. That includes a few thousand per employee on my team for new software to use in our jobs. If you weren't able to do the same, then VP and Finance did not believe your project was priority.

I’d like our CEO to dress professionally, not like a child who was forced to wear his dad’s clothing.

Nobody cases about how he dresses honestly, what he says and how he says is a different story. His actions should matter.

Did anybody ever complain about what Steve Jobs wore? Now I am not naive, I know there is no comparison here, but just saying, his clothes are not the issue, Focus on the main thing.

That's the first step in understanding when you have a problem.

Don't things cool off in November every year? The budget for the fiscal year is close to used up. Even if it was bought people are using vacation time around this time every year so it won't be setup soon. Spring and summer is typically when refreshes and new labs are bought and installed.

Yeah, I notice there is a person who thinks or at least wants to assert that any negative sentiment towards the deal or Broadcom is all done by one or two people whom he professionally diagnosed to be mentally ill.

I don't know if that person has such a lack of awareness or ability to read the room (across the sources not just here), is pushing an agenda, or is mentally ill him/herself.
