For those still waiting on an offer and have 8+ years of experience, I would recommend carefully considering whether to accept it. The salary remains the same or may even decrease, and the RSUs offered for sales or presales positions are less favorable. PSO has managed to negotiate a better deal, but for Sales and Presales, it's less favorable. You can't negotiate on the offer, so better take severance and look out. There will be 2 months garden leave, and one can use it to search suitable roles elsewhere.

If you truly think you will be worse off then stop wasting your time on ridiculous bi--hing platforms like this and just leave.

You can no longer decline the offer for severance, and they just updated their FAQ yesterday to affirm this. So this is all a moot point.
We're all professionals, but also many of us are open to opinions. This is just one. Nothing wrong with expressing one's own feelings based on experience.
