We had a reorg announcement last week and they managed resources well. No one got layoff, but some members moved to new or current product teams. I think such change is understandable.

If the company is doing so well then how come there are layoffs every quarter? They try to hide it but the truth is out. RC has become a terrible place to work. Low morale, bad leadership and nothing but lip service. Time to look for a new job before its too late.
RC used to be a good place to work but now everyone is just waiting for the next layoff notice. way to go leadership!
