That's the deal-breaker for me.

Such wu-ses.
@1yqx, let's throw down tomorrow and see who the si--y is. I'll wear my purple tie and meet you at high noon outside Truist Tower. I'll show you some purpose and my core values. Happiness is not one of them but doling our a whooping is.
My team pretty much mandated 4 out of 5 days RTO. I work in CCB.
Agree with the poster below. Wouldn't quit, but would be on the search for a remote position elsewhere.
I wouldn't quit due to full RTO, but it would be highly likely for me to apply to and accept a full remote position if I got an offer even if it was a pay cut. I'm in engineering, there's no need to be in office. Virtual collab tools are plenty sufficient now.
Any company that doesn't recognize remote work is as productive (if not more), shows me they're more anchored in tradition than innovation and results.
I would quit for sure. I worked for this company pre-COVID and didn’t have to go in 5 days a week. Why would they require that now? So d-mb.
I don’t even follow the current policy of 3 days a week.
Spending any time thinking about something that hasn’t happened and very well may not happen is not healthy. It is creating imaginary fights in your head that are not happening.
Same here.
