Our store manager shared that we missed the path to growth bonus for Q3 making it only one quarter this year where we made an extra .25 cents an hour. Last year we made bonus every quarter and most of the time it was .35 cents an hour. Sales are down everywhere and its almost impossible to make bonus without making sales. She shared that less than half the stores in the district made it. Disappointing that the company hasn't changed the bonus criteria with inflation going up and a tough economy, our store isn't making sales but it's not for a lack of trying.

Wow, you didn't know that you were going to miss it? Our store manager updates the store every day so we know where we are on making goal and what we have to do in order to make it by the end of each quarter. We have made it twice this year, but we knew why missed it one quarter, it was because we took too many bad surveys.
