Internal communications that Hybrid/WFH is cancelled for January 2024. Feels like this is more belt tightening; if not enough folks leave, I'd expect a round of layoffs. Polish your resumes and get out while you can, folks.

Confirmed 5 day mandated RTO. One day per week remote maximum and that one day needs to be approved by upper management, with quarterly reviews by C-suite to assess utilization.
Anyone know Abbott severance package looks like? I heard 2 months for the Covid test people who were the only 1 year.
