Correction dear boy, execs don't get fired, they leave. Publicly is voluntary but its really involuntarily. No public hangings. As the old saying goes, its a big old club and you ain't in it.
Raghu might be repositioned to make room for a CEO of MD's choosing. If there are no other suitors in this market, EUC and CB both spin out and the company will need to get lean and refocus on more meaningful innovation. Perhaps a more ML/AI related initiative.
