Should stop laying off new comers focus on long term employees staff senior staff principle + long term in q equals fool. These people main strength is bundle together and bite out new comers. They look at new comers with red eyes and bite them like wild dogs.
If I am hiring at another company I won’t hire anyone from q that is at principal or above level. These ppl we all know do nothing no work especially those folks who have been with q for long time and only knows how to play politics.

Auto overhired a lot and auto has lot if paper pushers.
Auto is trying to right force in the coming quarters as they have lot of fat.
All new projects come with lot of bang but only time would tell if it is worth it .

Automotive isn’t letting go of anyone. They are restructuring, but not laying off.
RFFE is cutting positions because a few years ago there was a hiring glut for RFFE. They need to bring their numbers down, but they have to be strategic. There are several companies who are waiting for this lay off. If Apple gets their hands on the wrong engineer, we can kiss the fruit company goodbye in two years.
Plus, I heard there is a lawsuit brewing over age discrimination during this past RIF. Like QC needs more bad press.
I heard from my director that there will be employee cuts in the AUTO department in December or February. who can confirm this news?
