Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Accelerate the transfer to India. As seen from the 10-k documents submitted to the regulatory authorities.

The original text of the 10-k file!

Our headquarters and certain of our research and development and network management hub operations are located in San Diego, California. We also operate owned and leased manufacturing facilities in China, Germany and Singapore, and we own and lease properties around the world for use as sales and administrative offices and research and development centers, primarily in the United States, India and China. Our facility leases expire at varying dates through 2038, not including renewals that are at our option. Several other owned and leased facilities are under construction totaling approximately 1.6 million additional square feet, primarily related to the construction of new facilities in India. We do not identify or allocate facilities by operating segment.

Qualcomm should move its headquarters out of California.
North Carolina has great tax incentives, cost of living is below national average, and the housing market is low enough first time buyers can afford a house.
Not sure why this hasn’t been considered before, other than the Nathan Fletcher factor.

If Qualcomm's management is allowed to manage the United States, they will move Washington, Congress, Nasdaq and NYSE to India. Because it's cheap.
