Mike Gannon scheduled the enterprise all hands call tomorrow… anyone else getting all hands invites for their segment?

What was discussed during this All Hands session?
It's going to be mores sales junk. If it was important, they would have sent it out to more than just AMER sales.
We'll see soon, but this could just easily be a sales Q4 clarification call. We now go into VMware's Q4 with very little information. They hyped up closing Q3 with incentives, but now Q4 has nothing like that mentioned. Doing sales work when your quarter could end so early, and your accelerators are all at the end of your quota (or were brought into Q3) is not very rewarding.
Thanks for sharing about the meeting, but I'm expecting a sales Q4 update with more of "we'll know soon".
You’re right it’s first time they do it first day in Q. What’s even more suspicious is right after it the All hands call with VP of the West with Broadcom people on it
Got the invite. Typically he would have an all-hands after EOQ so that's business as usual. That said, I've never seen one on the first day of the new quarter but that could be just to calm the uncertainties, or there's some other news coming tomorrow prior to that all-hands and that's why it's scheduled. We'll know soon enough...
I don’t have FTE and see all hands it’s for core sellers and it’s private sector
“ I’m in sales and not seeing the all hands? Don’t feel great about what that probably means.”
Means nothing, I’m in sales, got FTE, don’t see all hands
I’m in sales and not seeing the all hands? Don’t feel great about what that probably means.
Hmmmm I don’t think he is leaving.
They are going to discuss inviting customers to the NFL games.
They are probably going to do some Q3 numbers, deal reviews, awards like nothing happened
Given the average tenure of AMER sales leaders, he is probably announcing that he will leave, effective immediately :)
Now that Q3 is over for a second time in two weeks...
