It started in 2015 with the misguided transformation, worsen in 2017-2018 with departures of a whole generation of future engineers and leaders groomed to take over, and pass the point of no return in 2021 with RIF of experience and knowledgeable people beyond the critical mass required to turn this place around, rendering Teradata officially dead. Now, the company is overrun by complete ineptitude zombies, terrorizing the good folks that remain. It's simply post apocalyptic collateral damage.
