UAW = Layoffs.

I have seen it all after working at Ford and GM. It's a disaster having UAW in the plant.

Say NO to UAW.

Unions only care about collecting dues and their power, not you or me. Why don’t you mention all of the increased automation that’s coming as a result of the UAW contracts this last year?

Man get out of here...you still have to negotiate in a few years. By then, you'll be automated out of existence. A robot won't unionize, doesn't need breaks or health benefits.
