Do you know what the penalties are for WARN act violation? It's all fluff for politicians to make their constituents think that they stand by them. WARN act is a joke and 100 ways around it.

Want me to pay you the 60 days? Then hand over the severence you agreed to. foolish lawsuit

Yeap! The disparity of what the top dog gets paid vs average employee.. you are correct they don’t care. Let’s hope the lawsuit will bring transparency - jury trial requested .. we shall see!! You may be able to grease the legislators pockets but not all the jurors 😊

Paying fines and penalties is in the normal course of business for them. It's like a cost of doing business or an operating cost. Risk vs Reward. It's just another expense to them.

Imagine how many people can be fed by the amount of money that is paid out by them in fines and penalties.

Sure is funny how UHC tries to skate along the rules in the regulations of labor. Gets caught pays a $20 million fine for it. And we’ll just continue to operate normally without giving a single hoot about anyone or anything as long as hyper profits continue to roll in to the Senior Execs, shareholders and stakeholders.
