Get your self reviews done before the field team layoff and company realignment. You don't want to be screwed with this new workday system and them blame the new system for any issues that arise from lost reviews or new leaders taking over your market.

Internal hires tend to be underpaid. Even with the softer job market, it might cost more to backfill the position. So much for cost savings.
Yeah review did not help me!
Now I heard they laid off too many in some areas and will need to rehire in 2024. For significantly less I’m sure.
Do the review with the goal of realizing your worth for your resume .
Reviews won't help. Many with excellent reviews got caught up in the last layoff.
