Why not fire newcomers? Those who joined a year or two ago?

I’m sure there are employees under good manager or products who love working for splunk.
Don’t forget that there are employees who worked hard but not given a chance to work for another group. I feel sorry for those who are working for managers or directors who do not qualify to be up there. Some of them don’t even have good judgment and suffer from lack of critical thinking. They also do not know how to motivate employees.
You sound like you just don’t care about other people.
Sounds like some bitter ex-employees who were fired from Splunk. I have been here over 10 years and it has been wonderful for me. And for those that I have worked with. We are all still here. And we may be let go and that’s OK. I’m a grown-up and I can handle it unlike some of the people on here commenting like 12 year olds who didn’t get picked for kickball. If you had a bad experience there, it’s because you were the problem. Grow up.
