It is unacceptable for the Head of HR – Chief People Officer, to go silent when employees need her the most. As for all her PODs, Do your feel-good fluff outside of business hours and maybe we wouldn’t make such buggy software if people were not so distracted by non essential activity. America has become soft as bubble gum and these types of leaders just make workers more soft.

The PODs are optional groups you can choose to join. Would love an example of how the Asian, Black, Disability or Veterans PODs have been virtue signaling.
Perhaps the best thing about all this is that you might lose your job and have time to reflect on how you can become a better human. Of course you’ll probably just blame everyone different from you for not being able to role right into another job.

What is worse than someone who is deliberately hurting you is someone who doing harmful things for your own good.
I've never been a fan of her massive HR dept or the way she operationalized discrimination in hiring. The pods are a virtue signaling joke as well that wastes time and money for the company. These things are not the biggest reasons the company is failing but they contributed in a significant way.
Outside of that Betsy is a nice honest and genuine person. She has been at company a long time and however misguided her intentions and programs are, she genuinely cares. She is probably the one that pushed for bonuses to release early and made it happen. So always keep that in your mind when criticizing her.

She’s an adult and has no one to blame but herself. The fact she sold out her principles should speak volumes about the DEI program
I felt Betsy was one we could count on to advocate for employee rights. Seems like they put a gag order on her. I think she would be more transparent with us if she could without getting in trouble. Just my thoughts....
