Disney to Pay Comcast’s NBCUniversal at Least $8.61 Billion for Its Stake in Hulu

Disney DIS 2.74% said Wednesday it expects to pay Comcast’s CMCSA NBCUniversal at least $8.61 billion for its stake in Hulu, as the companies continue complex negotiations over the future of the streaming video service.

...that's just the floor number they're claiming in preparation for the earnings call. The real price is going to be whatever Comcast decides it is, which is a helluva lot more than $8.61 Billion.
