LOL the "majority of VMW share holders" are not the MAJORITY share holders. Dell and Silverlake hold enough shares to force through what they want. Add in a lucrative pay out for the board and executives... there were only like 12 people that needed to be convinced this was a good idea for it to be a landslide.

You mean trawling, as in fishing for information. Trolling is sh-t posting. In any case lawyers aren't going to engage with you.

I don’t know about lawyer trolling the threads, but there do seem to be a lot of trolls pretending to be lawyers.

Rando lawyer on an anonymous forum vs an army of lawyers in a multi-billion dollar corporation.

Good luck with that.

What would a lawyer make of the level and amount of commercial sensitive data shared between the companies? Hock holding account QBRs with vmw sales leadership?

Isn't all of this is illegal prior to the deal closing?

Legal representation, loopholes, and deep pockets are the grist for people like MD and HT. You are entitled to equal representation under the law whether a shareholder or employee of VMW

Lawyers have been monitoring VMware for sometime.

VMware has already lost multiple False Claims cases, patent infringements, pivot deal tampering and these are just the cases I can recall.....

That’s correct. Wall Street, law firms, competitors, HR, and others gain insights here. As sad as that might seem

What for? They have better things to do.
I guess most people trolling here are not even involved - not Broadcom and not VMWare folks..

Why would a lawyer troll the threads? What makes you think that?
