I'm so over working for this company. Bullying, lying, losing the best and having to put up with a useless director who has made it toxic to work in. Only wants to hear what he wants and not the truth. He and his lazy side kick need to go.

Yep, not advertised anywhere that I've seen. Can't do that, ILLEGAL.
I still want to know where the job ad for the business development manager post was. Should have been an open advertised ad so the right person was taken on. Not a sly appointment.
Sick of it all. People getting bonus payments for inherited accounts,people getting bonus because they moan, director trying to constantly buy our friendship, lazy one being promoted for lying and trying to take credit for others work, no professional development despite director telling seniors he does, talks sh-t constantly. People who do work being undermined. HR need to clear the place. Definitely not safe to speak out.
The guy should never been hired, destroyed our team.
