Although clowns probably would do a better job than ELT

I left TD earlier this year and have not looked back.
When prospective new employers asked in interviews 'why I am looking to leave TD', I was able to be blunt with them-- my manager's track record said all that needed to be said.
Under this clown's tenure, no less than (5) engineers had left the team (including me) to never come back to TD, while (0) had been promoted in the same time span (roughly 5 years). And we are talking about a "team" that was typically only staffed with 4 or 5 engineers at a time, to begin with.
Of those five departures, 2 of them left the company due to physical health problems, directly related to/caused by the toxic workplace.
Getting laid off from that place, would be a blessing-- especially if it comes with a severance package!
