So hello. Who knows anything about cuts in EU, how many in Belgium? What roles, and Germany? Anyone know what will happen to Netherlands? In the NL nobody knows anything, manager will never say anything, and keep keep saying not to worry

What I don't understand is the silence of the Belgian Workcouncil and Unions...
In total 22 people were laid off in Belgium. Official comms from the GM is that the layoffs have stopped. Mix of sales and technical.
Belgium layoffs have officially stopped as of 08/11
Update as of 06/11: A manager in MM got laid off + a sales from UDS
We’re there any ISG people gone in Belgium? Sales?
20 victims in Belgium in last 2 months, none of SMT yet
Voluntary layoffs coming in those countries.
Update: Change of GM , nothing major but clear there's an agenda towards Channel for sure
We have the "organizational update" in 30min, we'll now then. I hope we get the opportunity to put our name down like in Germany. The general atmosphere in the BE office isn't the best.
Belgium had a round of lay off very recently, at the moment in Belgium is slowing down but I’m afraid is far from being done
In the NL due to employment laws expect lay offs to start in January/ February. This was mentioned in the all hands by the GM. They had first to get approval from the workers council just like in Germany. Germany offered a voluntary lay off a few weeks ago . So who wanted to leave had to write their name down.
Nothing in Dublin as yet and managers have said the same.
A lot of missed targets so will not be good either way for the next few months.
A really bad feeling in the office also.
