HR does not handle those requests. That is through IT Asset Recovery.

BC’s help system is fully operational as they have a standard reply to all inquires “help yourself mo-o”

VMware HR has now abandoned former employees and will no longer respond to any requests for help sent to the email address they provide to ex-employees: HRSource@vmware.com
Therefore, if you have any open issues after Termination, such as open Healthcare claims or unpaid Compensation that require HR action, they will not respond to external email addresses.
I mean they too are being fired. Who wants to work for this shitshow now. Not a soul.
