These days you’d better have other job opportunities lined up if you work for UP. It’s been obvious for the last five years now! Keeping your head in the sand will not save you. The added benefit is that you can laugh while watching everything melt down knowing you’ll be ok! My coworkers aren’t even quitting any more, they just stop showing up……
