At Teradata, It's not IF, it's WHEN you will be laid off - plan now

ELT is he-l bent on getting rid of many still around, especially old timers, as the company steer toward what they think is a viable different business. They will not disclose the real plan because everyone will jump ship and they won't get as much bonuses and RSUs as they can to scutter the ship.

With layoffs happening on a regular basis, do you still want to stick around? It is not a matter of IF, it's a matter of when. Everyone has a expired date. Plan early.

ELT are truly imbeciles. None have any ability to inspire others. When your workforce despise you and laugh at you behind your back, you should get the signal to get off at the next stop.

NC- top 3 ranking as worst hire ever. We all knew this when in his intro speech to the company he spent the first 10 mins rambling on about his husband and their baby adopted out of some foreign country now forced to live in SF of all places.

TC- leader in title only and lacks any ability to rally the troops. Hid out in Microsoft for so long so when he get to td he was found out.

SM- Still got the trainer wheels on and most likely will never get rid of them. If this was the best the board could choose then the talent pool must be very shallow indeed.

JW- The image up on stage at sko wearing a dress that was 16 sizes too small for her is an image I still have ptsd over. Simply terrible in all walks of life.

Get out now so the ELT cash out becomes worthless to them
