The “rudeness” was the post prior referring to posted as HR trolls. So back off.

@7iem+1pmsaKbZ The groups may be moving and obviously they are getting broken up, shifted and some eliminated. So there is uncertainty and stress all around. So it's okay for people to ask questions and this isn't the place to be rude. There's enough rudeness in the office so please keep it to yourselves on here. Thank you.

I don’t work in HR. I just know how to read. There’s an entire chart that shows where the ICG groups are moving.

It’s not that complicated.

I'm sorry. The 'Hub' is not the one stop shop answer to everything. Totally has to be an HR trolls always point to the 'Hub'.

ICG groups are just combined with similar groups through out the orgs. It’s all on the Hub.

@1ggp+1pmsaKbZ I noticed that too, are the managers on PTO because they are "planning to cut" or because they are looking for other jobs?

Ok. So there's just O&T and no more ICG. What in the world will happen to the businesses under ICG? All those townhall meetings cancelled out of the blue at the end of October was interesting.

How would you expect it to be handled? They did the big restructuring at the macro level. Now they’re moving down the orgs to make changes at the next levels.

Layoffs will most likely be mostly at the senior levels, plus some roles that are duplicative due to the macro changes.

Yes. It has been TOO quiet. I agree. There were a lot of org townhalls and MD meetings canceled in our area. No comment or follow up invites. Someone on the site said Nov 15th is when more or happening. Idk. It is all very odd how this is being handled.

It's dead quiet. Like the quiet before the storm.
No one is talking about it. I don't know anything. The silence is making me nervous, I admit.

It’s been so quite in the West Coast, it seems no body knows anything and no body talks about layoffs.

It’s been happening. Besides the 7k layoffs already this year, there have been layoffs continually since the restructuring announcement. At least 40 MDs just to mention a few. The regions will be hit, so not unexpected.

Sensing different behavior since last week. Staff meetings cancelled more frequently. Managers taking unexpected PTO days. Town hall meetings cancelled. No information provided on anything. Silence rules. Something must be happening.
