So I wonder how long is this shared cr-p going to go on? In our area they give ATM calls to the Voyix people and retail to Atleos. This has become a freaking joke!!! So far Ive not yet seen any jobs posted yet for Voyix. I talk to the Voyix peple and thier TM has no clue whatsoever about anything. They dont talk at all with him. They say no one is telling them anything. The so called Playbook says this could go on up to 1.5 years. I sure hope not.

That’s right no space or give people remote work atleast !!
This is a complete cluster****!
It took three years to separate Teradata from NCR. Shared parts depot and in some cases associates too. Expect the same here.
The fishing pole is baited and in the water, looking for a su---r to come along and take the bait. Someone will take the bait and a deal will be made, the buyer may not even want all the employees? Voyix NCR will be dumped without any regard for any of its employees, if you were placed on voyix side you already know your not wanted, managers decided that for you. If your still there, plan for how you think it’s going to go, hoping it goes well, but don’t get blind sided either
Oh Yeah! why would I think that Voyix would spend money on hiring anyone when theyre hoping someone comes in and scoops them up.
What do you expect from a bunch amateurs? They let the “inmates” run the process.
Yes, everything is being shared, parts depot, like you said, everyone doing work for the other company with no end or plan in sight. No training going on. Imaging if some company wanted to buy say, Voyix. Just be aware that your staff and assets would have to support that other company for a year or two for Whatever they need, cover for vacations, installs, standby availability etc. Weird situation for sure.
Yup 18 month deadline from the split for both sides to be working independently without shared resources.
How stupid is it that no additional hiring was done during the summer, now into “peak season” retail and Voyix side is not ready to handle Generalist areas. No new workers in the pipeline at the most critical time for retail customers with increased SLA demands.
Looks to me like they are waiting on (something) before deciding if headcount will be needed on Voyix end.
