Keep calm and carry on VMware? How are sales reps supposed to carry on knowing the average sales cycle will last longer than we'll be onboard? 60% of the sales teams are gutted. Are we really supposed to be "team players" knowing our holidays are riddled with holes until we land the next opportunity? The average hiring process in 2023 takes 44+ days (https://example.com/46UsNfQ).

Just cos you don't have an offer yet doesn't mean layoff.

the offers clearly show how vmware leadership teams view and prioritize each team and individuals.
it is disclosed since they thought the layoff will follow. now it is awkward when things are pending or even will fail later. lol.

Please be responsible and limit the amount of Netflix during the day drinking. Be sure to do a few stretching exercises between trips to the fridge.
