Are layoffs our new normal?

It feels like we're either constantly having layoffs or worrying about the next imminent round. How is this our new normal?

Remember no one, no one is of any value to any company except the CEO, you can all go so the CEO can be a Celebrity and Billionaire. In the new World post Pandemic, CEOs are the movers and Shakers the Chosen ones. Meanwhile everyone else is drones with no thinking. Tim Gurner thanks for showing the way for all the CEOs that To He-l with workers, customers it's all about the CEOs.

There’s only one layoff that will cure this company. And that would be the Glorious stupendous bestest most likeable Forbes Woman CEO of the year.

Way to calm also the nerves of the entire work staff leadership. All it shows that when the going gets difficult, you retreat to leave us in the dark. My sincere thoughts with anyone affected by these newest layoffs. There will be another role better for you

I think if you need to ask that question, you already know the answer. As long as the stock continues to slide in a negative direction, I would expect more of this behavior.

Agreed I’m pretty anxious despite working hard+good performance.
This company doesn’t value that anymore
