Hock and Dell went up the hill and thought they can make a deal without China's approval.....now stuck with Conditions of Consumation of the Transaction Cluase 8.1.d Form S-4.

Half the company now knows are losing their job, the other half thought they were keeping their jobs and getting some stock but now have no idea and probably just want to exit.

Bottom line even less work is getting done the next few weeks than we have the last month, which has been nothing.

So now we’ve told half the company they are being RIFd, and Raghu is telling us to get back to work and focus on the main thing. What a cr-p show!

love it they keep the stock halted until closed. 20% borrow cost on top. no escape for shorts…

There is no legal impediment to closing under U.S. merger regulations.

Yeah, no $hit. Let's get this over with and move on. Dragging it out will only make things worse. Those who think that the deal falling through is somehow going to make VMW go back to the way things were 18 months ago are delusional.

I was truly hoping we'd get some clarity today. No luck, I guess.
