Why? Executive arrogance is not valued in deal-making, or strategic business planning.

Wow! People here talk like they could run a multi billion dollar semiconductor leader better than Hock. Get real, this is business, sh1t happens. This would not even be a discussion had US-China did not engage each other at the last minute.
