It's not just very talented junior engineers that'll be saying saying sayonara either ;)
I do feel that PS and our HR department are conveying a kind of blind optimism with respect to Synamedia’s ambitions over the next 12 months. They seem to be completely blind to reality that most of the workforce are fed up with following this fake carrot they keep on dangling in front of our faces.
You’re right, I don’t believe a word of what PS says anymore. However, my biggest frustration is that I’m in a team with a number of very talented junior engineers who are seriously pi---d off about how the company have treated them over the last 24 months. Unlike the more senior engineers who have been here for a while, these engineers can easily get jobs elsewhere for more money and actually be rewarded for their hard work. In summary, I think very shortly we’ll be haemorrhaging all the good young talent we have and seriously impacting the company goals for the next 12 months.
PS, I really think it is game over for you and the company. Thank you for demotivating my entire team! Good luck you complete tw@t!
"We lie. Repeatedly"
Where is this mentioned?
Btw, we heard the revised pay letter still mentions bonus though P.S said it isn't this year. Is it all joke
So they learned. Maybe PS is not as du.mb as he looks. Wait... he is.
I guess they don't want to make the same mistake twice
