Update is that all conditions to close the transaction haven't been met. My guess is that it is clause 8.1.d of form s-4 not being met yet. The announcement is forward looking statement and not a statement that shall close within the outside date.

If I am up for a redundancy then will the actual close date be the day that I get made redundant? Meaning I am eligible for a salary up until that day?
