Brian K. (Aetna leader du jour) nonstop busy bringing in his leadership from Humana. It’s like he doesn’t even consider other sources for people and doesn’t care who sees it. Glad to be gone and hate that good talent paid the price for this.

Worked at Humana and can tell you there was zero job security.
As someone who used to work at Humana prior to joining CVS, trust me, job security is the last thing we ever had. Humana recently announced that Bruce Broussard (their current CEO) is stepping down. Some random guy named Jim, whose company went bankrupt under his leadership, will now be the new CEO. Whenever there is a new sheriff in town, vision and strategy for the company changes, which ultimately means layoffs. Plus, with other competitors implementing layoffs by the thousands, I wouldn’t be surprised if Humana announces layoffs soon too.
AHHHHH first it was Wellcare 2.0 courtesy of the Ex Medicaid President, now its Humana 2.0! You all do realize Brian Kane exited Humana out of Commercial altogether - - my prediction is that he'll choose to sell of medicaid at Aetna.
