May be 2 years since the "separation" from IBM but KD still operates and is being run by IBM relics, specifically managers and those on the frontline. The same IBM method of operation is there: Get 12 people on a conf call when maybe 2 people can handle it adequately, and take 2 weeks to get a price quote to a prospective client. Make that 3 weeks on a good day. Still using complicated and cumbersome tools like SDM. Don't be fooled, still IBM yet in different clothing.
