I agree nothing will happen before year end. Big cut in 2024.
Deal is off. No news before year end.
The only news for euc are more SRS from more customers who no nothing about their underlying infrastructure and who were hired for having an awesome PMA.
what memo?
EUC is being spun off. Didn't you get the memo?
Stay on target. EUC is still part of VMW and may remain so. Hock had over a year to avoid the Qualcomm outcome and he hasn't succeeded yet.
“It's clear that Shankar is totally in the dark about what will happen next to the EUC BU”
Or he and his team are bound up to their necks in NDAs and can’t say anything. What are you honestly expecting them to say / do? They are legally not allowed to share information.

"So if you’re in the EUC BU, don’t panic that you haven’t received a letter yet."
Too late, everyone on my team is already scared by the empty promises and continued guesses about the outcome. It's clear that Shankar is totally in the dark about what will happen next to the EUC BU. Customers must also be anxious about the outcome.
"Our EUC VP said offers would go out AFTER the deal closes."
I don't trust a single word Shankar and his caste of clowns say anymore.
The private equity buyer likely has a clause that enables them to back out if AVGO fails
No EUC letters will go out until after the acquisition closes. So if you’re in the EUC BU, don’t panic that you haven’t received a letter yet.
