The recruiters should have been laid off in August 2022. No idea why they kept them so long during a hiring freeze.

The new metrics are geared to get rid of a lot of customer service and specialized, without the need for layoffs. They are stacking lots of new point phone metrics with unrealistic KPIs, add to that the attendance metrics and 50% of customer service will be gone. If you work in this dept you are doomed.

I have heard they are outsourcing customer service and escalations to off shore teams.

Customer service digital. We are not getting many contacts sent our way, but others are getting them non stop. It seems they could be weeding out those of us not hitting the highest stats.
