Thread regarding Commscope Inc. layoffs

Back yonder, when I was let go, I liquidated all my holdings at ~15/share, took a solid hit on most of my holdings as the grant price was 25/share.
I told them folks that left with me that this place is but a shell of its former self and the dog don't hunt no more.
I am glad that I have no holdings to sell for a buck forty.

What happened to selling off ruckus etc? If they are going to do that at least to get a decent price unlike with NH

$1.35 a share? A buck thirty-five? Holy Moly. Can a large telecommunications manufacturing corporation with billions in debt continue to operate as it enters the realm of penny stocks?

I knew it was game-over for the fools at commscope 4 years ago. The company exudes arrogance and incompetence. Edwards was a fool. Treadway is a bigger fool. Every office-level person needs to be fired.

Whew... Made it over the finish line. When I was laid off 5 months ago, I was worried that the company would go into the toilet before I could receive my last severence check.

Looks like I made it just as CommScope started its final circle down the drain it's been aiming for.

Why did anyone downvote that last comment? I'm no expert on the D4.0 market but surely there's some mileage in pursuing it. As for the rest of the comment spot on.

Well, how on earth are shareholders tolerating such incompetence.......What's that a 90% dilution in value on your watch? Over and over again , the ELT never listened, as they thought it best to ignore sound advice coming from individuals and teams who have been in the industry for decades. An indiscriminate cull of experienced staff, initiatives, and suggestions for growth are all discounted by the fools. I thought CommScope One was a growth initiative, not a target price for the stock. Every possible suggestion gets cut off without any due consideration. If they think D4.0 is a growth industry, they are even more stupid than I first thought. Don't blame inventory build up, Threadway, you came from an outside industry and have no clue whatsoever about enterprise or BSP/CSP segments in the Network sector. You have missed the market turn and now looking for a scapegoat, my 15 year old would be able to articulate a more cohesive strategy but all you do is cover yours and the remaining ELT tracks- Today the whole ELT team will still be pretending that you are on course, yet the realization is that soon you will have zero company to steer!!! The culture starts at the top, you have driven the life blood out of Arris, CommScope alike and have fostered a culture of malaise, apathy, and toxicity. You have gone out of your way to belittle everyone in public to make you look good, blaming HN for poor performance over and over again. Time to turn the mirror on your self, or turn the lights out and close the door on your way out !!!!!
