After more layoffs in wexford this week astounding to hear voluntary redundancies will not be offered for fear of so many people putting their hands up the place wouldn't be able to function.such is the mistrust in the place it looks like the only way forward is to take out the whole management team as happens with the executive board every couple of years

Tension in colums in Wexford this week. Rumours of more layoffs of temporary contract workers. Hate coming in to this sh1t.
Over here in the states auto workers have won a huge fight to save the industry agreeing a deal with GM.Biden"ive always believed in worker power,worker power is at the heart of any economy".we must be the same,when one gets plucked out for dismissal all should down tools for a period,the more that get dismissed the longer work gets stopped.they will think twice if workers stick together!
