You're not part of some big family, you're helping the company make money. If they don't need you to help them with that any more, bye bye.
Not all companies are like broadcom obviously but I sure as sh-t am not sticking around to be treated this way long term.
HT can shove it
There are many ethical caring company cultures with leaders who want happiness and success for their people, not just to fu-k them dry
Greed is a thirst that can never be quenched. Unfortunately you cannot these kind of situations or people in life. Best is to just move on if you do not want to play the game. This acquisition process has drained the soul outta me. Stay, go, transition, I hope you all get what you want. Good luck
Errrr... Business is about making money, not getting yourself billions in debt and depending on shareholders to bail you out until all your control is gone. If this is what you consider learning about business, I strongly encourage you never to have your own.
This is accurate. When I was a early in my career (a long time ago), I had notions of company loyalty, etc. I learned pretty quickly that is absolutely NOT the case. Your only job is to look out for you and yours. F the company you work for, and take their money. That’s it.
Fear mongering? I believe the bullet points are factual, and that maybe you are in denial?
OP is just making things up to feel important. Really, really wants people to pay attention to them. They don't know any juicy information and have no insight into what is going on.
Got it, so irrational speculation and fear mongering, nice
Sure:
- This is what lack of leadership looks like
- Work is not family. You are on your own
- Greedy mother fu----s exist. Accept it
- people will sell out their EPIc values
I could go on and on
Can you elaborate?
