It’s confirmed! Non agreement employees are on the list this time around.
12% layoff they already filed with the FRA they have to inform them if they’re about to lay off that many people so it is official. Watch what happens on November 2
Not a troll buddy…. Read your contract…or don’t, I really don’t care….
@1yap-That bonus is paid to people on the payroll as of Dec. 1st. That’s why people will be cut before then. Ask the people that took jobs with hiring bonuses. Can’t collect if your furloughed, plain and simple.
Buyouts are typically only offers to those that work without a CBA. Jimbo stated that the only way there would be buyouts is if we were truly over staffed. Meaning that all the available positions are full. Folks offered jobs in less desirable locations or demotions etc may choose to leave, hence: attrition. Some will age out and retire. In 2008 the same thing happened and it’s happening again. I have heard 25% across the board for non agreement. There have been some eliminations made already with 11/2 being the date… Mow is laying off earlier than normal this year. Transportation is where we’ll see the most N/A cuts. Good luck to all that this will touch…
It's Managements turn.
Agreement employees THERE WILL BE A MAJOR LAYOFF before December 1st, GUARANTEED…No I have not talk to anyone…No I do not know anyone…You’re due a $1k bonus on Dec1st …. James DOESN’T wanna pay it
@cdu-Vena did say no buyouts in his town hall.
From Who?
I think there may be something up with the rumors this time. A good friend , who is also a great employee was told he was being put on a plan for poor performance. It's like they want him to leave or decide to get laid off. Maybe this is a new way to save on severance packages.
A mouth will say anything…….
