This portal outlines steps for onboarding with AVGO. I have not received a letter, and hope to be released. What gives? Do I need access to Broadcom apps, or can I continue planning my layoff?

Seriously.. why are they revealing internal apps to people who they don't plan on keeping??
Because it’s delayed. If they wanted to share info about transition why did they not send this out a month ago? I saw this leaked presentation slide more than a month ago.

They probably need everyone to get on to their Workday so that they can do payroll for all the laid off people through ADP. In order to get on to workday, they need everyone to be onboarded to their IDs and systems. Also they might not do layoffs immediately. Maybe few days later. This might have always been the plan. We assumed that why would they onboard people if they were to lay them off. We also assumed layoffs will be on day one. They never said that.

What’s real fun is when I started looking around the integration portal I came across lists of employee names. Not super sensitive not have just names but seriously seems careless. None of us are technically employees yet.
