Really feeling the value we have brought to this organization over the years. They can't even hold an all hands for the work we have done for them over the years to fill their pockets. Maybe our EPIC leaders were Broadcom material all along.
Guess it's better than Magoos fluffmail we got today.
What have others seen from their organization leadership?
Our BU leadership is having a 'deer in the headlights' moment as they're frozen in time by the thought that they may have to look for a new job. Most of our EUC manager and above roles have been decades with VMW. Truly, they are terrified of what comes next.
All the talk at team meetings is mostly supportive, but I see the fear behind their smiles.
I guess Legal is one big exception. We had an All Hands Call, which lasted over an hour, and our leadership made the best of it. Prepared a nice video, answered numerous questions, shared anecdotes, told us what they would do next and gave us some good advice on how to handle this situation. It got very emotional and sad at the end. I will miss them very much.

Magoo and team had one job to do. I suspect he and his team have been kicked to the curb and told to stay out of the way

In my team, the seniors got the offers and totally forgot about us. Isn’t it funny? Vmware is best example of a corrupt company.
EPIC2 was a BS. They only wanted the big check. That’s it!
Unfortunately, they brainwashed some people!
