Got open enrollment. The premiums for the HSA/PPO seem really high. Is the HDHP any good? The deductibles seem as low as possible for HSA eligible HDHP. Does this still fully cover Centers of Excellence? That's a big benefit of the health plan.

It’s worth it for the HSA alone - take the 1k contribution and max the **** out of it. It’s a tax advantaged account and there ain’t too many of them these days… leverage it!
From the enrollment guide it looks like COE is still covered. It is the same United Healthcare plan just with different deductibles and co-pays. The best thing about getting this plan is it is the only way to get the HSA account where the company will also give you free money and you can put in some of your own that you will be able to invest and grow tax free. If you hardly ever use medical this is the way to go. If you use medical a lot then run the numbers based on what you spent last year.
