Cristiano will be fine. He's a minority, which companies always love to put on their boards for DEI points, and he's got a likeable, easygoing personality that works well for delivering town halls and investor calls. He's the "face man" you want.
Mollenkopf came off like an absolute snake. Dude is 100% a psychopath. CA might be, but he's better about hiding it.
I personally don't think Cristiano is long for QCOM. Someone will have to take the fall once the stock price drops to the $90s and $80s. But he'll pull his golden parachute and just bounce around to the C-Suite at some other places. When it's all said and done, he'll probably have nine figures in the bank and the sinking QCOM ship will be a distant memory.

Elon musk is also running 3-4 companies all together. CA is a very talented man, he bought the Nuvia. X elite shook the whole chip industry, we gotta wait and watch
the incompetent they are the more boards they sit in. the successful ones are too busy printing $$ in their day job at the super 7 companies that are leading the stock market this year
There are gonna be more layoffs but CA’s job is safe
CA is setting up his next position. Watch for him to cut and run 2Q FY24. Right before the next wave of layoffs is announced. New CEO will step in after a 15% cut that closes a majority of the satellite offices.

It is amazing how executives can be on different boards, and if an employee does some side hustle that is a sin.
